Otis Church is a native of Wilkes County serving his first term on the Town Board of Commissioners. He is a retired manufacturing supervisor. Otis has served on the Downtown North Wilkesboro Partnership and was Chairman of the Planning Committee. He is actively involved in the local Lions Club. Otis and his wife Jo Ann own a children’s boutique, A Baby Celebration, located on Main Street in Downtown North Wilkesboro. They have 2 sons and 4 granddaughters.
