The paving was completed yesterday on the new connector section of the Yadkin River Greenway! The new section connects Memorial Park to Mulberry Fields along the north bank of the Yadkin River in downtown North Wilkesboro. Hats off to the Town of North Wilkesboro and the many agencies who partnered to make a positive impact on their community!

Grab take out burger and fries from The Dispensary on Main Street North Wilkesboro. Follow- up with a cone of ice cream from Brushy Mountain Smoke House. Share a picnic lunch in Smoot Park. Grab a coffee to go from Anchor and delicious baked goods from Dom Bakeries. Take a walk downtown and check out our murals along the way.  Star watch at night from the top of B Street Park.
